1.1 產(chǎn)品概述
1.1 Product Introduction
ARTM-Pn無(wú)開(kāi)關(guān)柜無(wú)線測(cè)溫裝置根據(jù)《NB/T 42086-2016無(wú)線測(cè)溫裝置技術(shù)要求》開(kāi)發(fā),可用于3~35kV戶內(nèi)開(kāi)關(guān)柜,包括中置柜、手車(chē)柜、固定柜、環(huán)網(wǎng)柜等多種開(kāi)關(guān)柜,也可用于0.4kV低壓柜,包括固定柜,抽屜柜等。無(wú)線溫度傳感器可安裝于柜內(nèi)任何發(fā)熱點(diǎn)上,利用無(wú)線數(shù)據(jù)傳輸技術(shù),可實(shí)時(shí)把監(jiān)測(cè)數(shù)據(jù)發(fā)送出去,通過(guò)ARTM-Pn無(wú)線測(cè)溫采集裝置就地顯示溫度,也可以通過(guò)裝置的RS485接口互聯(lián)組網(wǎng)實(shí)現(xiàn)遠(yuǎn)程智能監(jiān)控。

2.2 Operation Instruction
2.2.1 裝置上電
2.2.1 Device Power On
接通符合要求的工作電源,裝置即進(jìn)入工作狀態(tài)。
After connecting with suitable power source, the device will be worked.
2.2.2 開(kāi)關(guān)量輸入
2.2.2 Digital Input
裝置提供四路開(kāi)關(guān)量輸入,可以將斷路器的輔助接點(diǎn)接入。裝置上電正常工作:輸入接點(diǎn)閉合,開(kāi)入狀態(tài)界面顯示該回路為1;輸入接點(diǎn)斷開(kāi),開(kāi)入狀態(tài)界面顯示該回路為0。
The device provides 4 digital input, they can connect to the auxiliary contact of breaker. The device is worked after power on. If the digital input contact is closed, the DI is “1" on the DI Status interface. When the digital input contact is open, the DI is “0" on the DI Status interface.
2.2.3 繼電器輸出
2.2.3 Relay Output
自動(dòng)定值越限繼電器輸出包括:無(wú)線溫度傳感器高溫、超溫、相間溫差、溫度突變。高溫預(yù)警為第一路繼電器輸出,超溫、相間溫差、溫度突變告警為第二路繼電器輸出。
Relay output include: high temperature, over temperature, alternate temperature,mutation temperature. The high temperature alarm is first relay output; the overmutation,alternate,temperature alarm is second relay output.
注意:需將相應(yīng)的控制字選擇為“投入"才有效!
Notice: it is valid only when the “Node Enable" of sensor group is “ON"!
2.2.4 無(wú)線測(cè)溫
2.2.4 Wireless Temperature Measuring
裝置通過(guò)無(wú)線溫度收發(fā)器和各無(wú)線溫度傳感器直接進(jìn)行溫度值的傳輸,并采用液晶顯示各無(wú)線溫度傳感器所測(cè)溫度。通過(guò)菜單可設(shè)置無(wú)線溫度傳感器組的高溫預(yù)警值、超溫告警值、相間告警預(yù)警值、突變告警預(yù)警值,當(dāng)測(cè)得溫度值超出設(shè)定值時(shí),裝置繼電器輸出觸點(diǎn)閉合。
The device transmits the temperature values directly via the wireless temperature coordinator and wireless temperature sensors and shows temperature values measured on the LCD screen by wireless temperature sensors. Set the high temperature values,over temperature values, alternate temperature values, mutation temperature values of wireless temperature sensor groups. When measured temperature values exceed the setting values, the relay output contact will be closed.
2.2.5 電力參數(shù)測(cè)量
2.2.5 Electric power parameter measurement
裝置可以測(cè)量主回路的電流、電壓、有功功率、無(wú)功功率、視在功率、功率因數(shù)、電能等電力參數(shù),可在裝置“電量"菜單中查看,通過(guò)左/右鍵切換顯示內(nèi)容。
Device can measure the current,voltage, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor,electric energy and other electric parameters of main circuit and check in the “electric quantity" menu of device. By left/right key switch display content.
電參數(shù)的顯示均為一次側(cè)值,用戶需選擇正確的信號(hào)接入方式及PT、CT變比,以便正確顯示測(cè)量值。
The display of electric parameter is all primary side value and the user shall select correct signal access way and PT, CT no-load voltage ratio to correctly display the measured value.
